By using the services provided by Healisticly, including coaching, wellness programs, or accessing any content, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific services. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Healisticly offers holistic health and wellness coaching, focusing on lifestyle changes, nutrition, mindfulness, and natural approaches to reverse chronic illnesses. Our services are intended to support your overall well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. No Medical Advice
The information and coaching provided by Healisticly are for educational and wellness purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Always seek the advice of your healthcare provider regarding medical conditions or treatments. Your reliance on any information provided by Healisticly is at your own risk.
4. Payment Terms
All services offered by Healisticly are provided on a paid basis, unless otherwise specified. Payment for services must be made in advance. Fees for services may vary depending on the package or program selected. We accept Paypal, Chime, Credit/debit cards, Apple pay, Cashapp, Moneygram, Western Union or by any means mutually agreed upon by all parties.
5. Refund Policy
Healisticly offers a refund policy exclusively for our Plus Package. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify for the refund, you must notify us in writing within this 7-day period. After this time frame, no refunds will be issued for the Plus Package.
For all other packages, no refunds will be provided once the purchase is complete. We encourage clients to carefully consider their commitment to the program before making a purchase.

6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services at any time; however, by doing so, they will forfeit their payment, and no refund will be provided. Healisticly’s services are non-refundable except as outlined in the refund policy for specific packages. Clients are encouraged to fully commit to their wellness journey before enrolling in any program.
7. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance
Healisticly is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of any personal health information you share with us. 8. Client Responsibility
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during your wellness coaching sessions. The success of your wellness journey depends on your active participation, commitment to making lifestyle changes, and adherence to recommendations. Healisticly cannot guarantee specific results, as each individual’s journey is unique.
9. Limitation of Liability
Healisticly is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in service. You agree to use our services at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Healisticly, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and program materials, are the intellectual property of Healisticly. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
11. Termination of Services
Healisticly reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client for violating these terms and conditions, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our services.
12. Changes to Terms
Healisticly reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California , without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
